About us

Great hair, without the fuss

JMD Hair Art started as one small neighbourhood salon in Ballajura. Three locations later, the idea hasn't changed: skilled stylists, honest pricing and a chair that's always open.

We're a vibrant, welcoming salon where you can expect a warm greeting, an honest consultation and hair you're genuinely happy to walk out with.

Our stylists work across cutting, colour, styling and treatments, and we've built the menu around what Perth actually asks for — a sharp men's cut on the way to work, a full head of foils on a Saturday, a kids' trim that doesn't end in tears, brow threading while you wait, or a keratin treatment that finally calms the frizz through a WA summer.

We use professional colour and care ranges, we tell you honestly what your hair can and can't do in one visit, and we quote before we start. No surprise add-ons at the counter.

Between our three salons we're open six days a week, and every one of them holds chairs for walk-ins from open to close. Book if you want certainty — turn up if you don't.
